History:
With its roots in the United States of the early 1990s, Power Ballet gradually became a discipline in Europe in more recent years.

Characteristics:
This form of dance couples ballet with meditation which strengthens mental balance. Ballet figures and variations are adjusted to be gentler on the joints.

Recommended age:

  • from 12 years and upwards

  • Twice a week

Duration of class:

  • 90 minutes
