Fitness Ballet
History:
This style was developed by dancers for perfecting their own strength, skills and fitness. Eventually, fitness ballet became a fitness conditioning exercise. It is quite original and still preserves the unique facets of ballet.
Characteristics:
Fitness Ballet exercises muscular tone, enhances and improves the flexibility and elasticity of the whole body. People find this is a very interesting alternative to traditional fitness centres.
